Capaian kuantitas Prolegnas tahun 2012 kembali menunjukan kegagalan mencapai target yang sudah ditetapkan oleh DPR. Hal itu kembali menunjukan urgensi pembenahan perencanaan legislasi.

The House Speaker also stated that settlement constraints occurred during the government’s internal discussion of bills.
